SECOND AND FINAL READING ORDINANCE 440: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING CHAPTER 4, ARTICLE XI, SECTION 11.01.00 OF THE LAWS OF CEDAR KEY; APPOINTING THE CITY COMMISSION OF CEDAR KEY AS THE PLANNING BOARD; PROVIDING THAT THE SCHOOL BOARD REPRESENTATIVE ON THE LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY SHALL BE A NONVOTING MEMBER; PROVIDING DIRECTIONS TO THE CODIFIER; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED

SECOND AND FINAL READING ORDINANCE 441: AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ARTICLE XII, SECTION 12.02.00 OF THE LAWS OF CEDAR KEY; ADDING A PLAINLY AUDIBLE STANDARD TO THE LIST OF PROHIBITED NOISES; DELETING THE SEPARATE STANDARD FOR MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY BUILDINGS; ADDING THE DISTANCE FROM THE PROPERTY LINE FROM WHICH SOUND MEASUREMENTS SHOULD BE TAKEN; ADDING RESTRICTIONS ON CERTAIN TYPES OF NOISES; ADDING AND CLARIFYING EXEMPTIONS TO THE NOISE PROHIBITIONS. ROLL CALL VOTE REQUIRED
