Obituary: Mr. Leo, Feline Manager of Park Place

Obituary: Mr. Leo, Feline Manager of Park Place

Obituary

Mr. Leo passed away peacefully on January 25, 2010 after a struggle with cancer. We will miss him every day but he will live on in our hearts and our many happy memories. In his most cat-like manner, Leo preferred to be addressed as "King Leo, Leader of the Free World." We don`t know how he came to us. As humans we referred to him as a "stray." But we think he saw himself as much more free spirited than that. Perhaps he passed by asteroid b-612, or came through a looking glass or phantom tollbooth. It matters not, we were very lucky to have him choose Park Place as home.

He is survived by his family at Park Place, Linda, Stephanie, Shannon, Dena, Jan, Cyrce and Steve, and his companion, Miss Bella. He also leaves behind friends all around the world.
