CEDAR KEY WOMAN’S CLUB 2021 CALENDAR ARRIVES

October 24, 2020

OCT 24 CKWC CALENDAR PICThe 2021 Cedar Key Woman’s Club Calendar has arrived in town! Last year this wonderful souvenir sold out by January, and its popularity and the quality of this year’s production will guarantee even higher sales.

Members and friends contributed the Cedar Key high quality photographs again this summer, and the result has been the production of another very professional calendar. At just $10, the calendar makes an excellent souvenir for visitors and off-island friends, but it is just as popular with locals.

”We are just so pleased with the reception the calendars have had in Cedar Key, “ says Vicki Crumpley, who coordinates the project. “People love the pictures, and know that the proceeds from the sales stay here to benefit Cedar Key. We have new contributors every year, and this year there is a  hidden object contest – details are on the back cover of the calendar!”

With a surge in on-line shopping this fall, the calendar can be delivered locally or shipped. You can order by emailing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The calendar is, of course, also available from several Cedar Key businesses,  the Chamber of Commerce Welcome Center, and Woman’s Club members.

With over 50 members, the Cedar Key Woman’s Club is a continuing tradition in the City, supporting community projects from 1960 on.

Each year the Club donates a $1000 scholarship to a graduating CKS student, as well as donating to other school projects. The CK Relief Fund,  Library, our Fire Department, the Food Pantry, and Another Way Women’s shelter are also supported. In addition, in the last five years the Woman’s Club has raised over $9000 on the quilt raffle  towards  Fisher House, a continuation of the Support Our Troops initiative which has sent 100’s of boxes to Cedar Key men and women stationed in the Middle East or elsewhere serving our country.

The Cedar Key Community support for the calendar project has been overwhelming, and helps to support these important Cedar Key programs.
