MEETING SPECIFICS
The Cedar Key Community Redevelopment Agency met on Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 7 pm, immediately after the Cedar Key City Commission Meeting adjourned, at the Cedar Key Community Center. Present were Chair Sue Colson, Vice-Chair Heath Davis, and members Susan Rosenthal, Jim Wortham, and Nancy Sera.

Staff in attendance included: City of Cedar Key Attorney Norm Fugate, Police Chief Virgil Sandlin, Public Works Director Michelle Petersen, City Clerk Crystal Sharp, Receptionist Telicia Winfield, and Building Clerk Jennifer Sylvester. All commissioners but one wore masks and were physically distanced; no staff wore masks.
Among those in the audience were: Esta Johnson, Ann Morgan, Bob and Jeri Treat, and Mandy and Frank Offerle.
MINUTES APPROVED
Commissioners unanimously approved minutes from the July 16, 2020, Community Redevelopment Agency meeting.

RESOLUTION CRA 2020-01
Members unanimously approved Resolution CRA 2020-01 which establishes a 2021 CRA budget.
Total revenues consist of the CRA Tax-Increment County Funding and the CRA Tax-Increment City Funding. Total expenses consist of the Bond Payment Principal and the Bond Payment Interest. The revenues equal the expenses and approximate $681.305.
