LIBRARY SPEAKER SERIES CONTINUES… WITH CHANGES

The 2021 Library Series was the topic of discussion with committeeman John Thalacker, library manager Nancy Stephens, and others on December15, 2020.
The agenda addressed all the pertinent questions: if the series should continue; how often; physical spacing / location of the speaker and audience; format to be used i.e., Zoom, Facebook, YouTube, etc.; and good program ideas.
Decisions emanating from the meeting follow:
Stephens will oversee the set up.
The goal is to manage at least one per month.
Presentations will be held at the Community Center.
Community Center presentations will require masks, physical distancing.
Some meetings will be Zoomed.
Programs thus far include Nature Coast Biological Station and Dr. Sassaman presentations.
