Due to the significant increase in the number of individuals testing positive for COVID-19 in the State of Florida during the month of June 2020,
the Department of Business and Professional Regulation has issued an Emergency Order.
All vendors licensed to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises who derive more than 50% of gross revenue from such sales of alcoholic beverages shall suspend such sales of alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.
This Emergency Order shall take effect on the date of its filing, 26 June 2020.
