 True to her word and perfectly planned, Dr. Savanna Barry's G  Street shoreline project is moving forward.  The "sill" portion of the project has begun. 

 Below is one of the multiple "sill,"  which Dr. Barry explains as "basically the outer edge of the area that will become marsh in the final project. It is made of a concrete-coated natural fiber form that is filled with oyster shell."  These structures will be placed perpendicular to the groins already in place.
