NEW BUC QUARTERBACK BRADY, WIFE, SEEN DINING AT BIG DECK

         New Tampa Bay Bucs quarterback, six-time super bowl winner Tom Brady, was observed downing at least two Po’ Boys at our own Big Deck restaurant last week with his wife, super model Giselle Bundchen.

Brady appeared pleased with his order, and chose the coleslaw and onion rings as his two sides. Bundchen had a plate of tomatoes and once seemed to smile slightly.

According to local clammer and budding journalist Plitt Flitkin, who happened to be dining at the next table, Brady was in a good mood following his meal and more than willing to chat. What follows is Flitkin’s exclusive interview with the quarterback and his wife.

Brady said he was drawn immediately to Cedar Key. “I mean, the ocean . . . it’s like . . . right there” gushed the newest Buc. “And there. And there. And . . . you just look out, and it’s right there. Everywhere. Kind of weird, in an unweird kind of way. Know what I mean?” He paused a moment, then said with a wink “You probably don’t. I mean, I’m Tom Brady. No one else can say that.” After another bite of Po’Boy, Brady asked about the local high school football team. When told there wasn’t one, Brady bristled:”Nope. That’s not right. There is one . . . going to be one . . . has always been one. And winners too. You just can’t see it. You just got to know where to look. Few do. But some, almost . . . Know what I mean?” He then winked again before saying “Maybe you don’t, cause, like I said before, if two people walk down the same road, and it might rain, what’s the difference? And I’m Tom damn Brady . . . pardon my Latvian.” While we chatted, Tom’s wife, super model Giselle Bundchen had noticed people walking around in Cedar Key Nikes and vowed to include the white clammer boot in her next runway.
