STATEWIDE VACCINE SYSTEM

Levy County Health Department will begin setting appointments using the new Statewide registration system beginning Monday February 8th. Online pre-registrations are OPEN NOW by visiting https://myvaccine.fl.gov/ or going to our website at LevyDisaster.com. You can also pre-register by calling 866-200-9610.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can begin pre-registering now, however it may take an extended amount of time before an appointment spot opens up. Appointment timeline will be dependent on available vaccines allotted to the county by the State of Florida.
Levy County will be conducting one more week of traditional vaccination appointments beginning this coming Monday, February 1st, by calling the 352-486-5300 phone line. HOWEVER, people can go ahead and start using the new system now to get in the queue.
