 NEW COVID-19 VACCINATION REGISTRATION SYSTEM UPDATE FOR LEVY COUNTY

AND

INFORMATION ON VACCINATION APPOINTMENTS FOR WEEK OF FEBRUARY 1-5

Many Florida counties are in the process of joining the new statewide reservation system for COVID-19 vaccination appointments.   At this time, the Levy County Department of Health will continue to accept new appointment reservations by phone, as the vaccine becomes available.  VERY IMPORTANT: If you have already registered through the new Statewide System, your information will be saved and available to the Department of Health in Levy when the new system becomes available.

Levy County Department of Health will begin accepting appointments for the week of February 1-5 at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, February 1st.    Residents are asked to contact the health department at 352-486-5300 to make a reservation for a vaccination appointment.   Levy County is asking for everyone’s patience as we work together to provide a vaccination to all who need one.

As a reminder, if you are due for your second dose of vaccine, the Department of Health in Levy County will contact you to make your second shot reservation; you do not need to contact the Health Department.
