Holy Week and Easter Services at Christ Episcopal Church, 5th and D Streets, Cedar Key, are as follows: April 9 - Palm Sunday - 9 a.m. Blessing of the Palms, Procession, Reading of the Passion and Holy Communion. April 13 - Maundy Thursday - 7 p.m. Holy Communion and Stripping of the Altar. April 14 - Good Friday - 12 Noon Stations of the Cross. 7 p.m. Good Friday Liturgy. April 16 - Easter Day - 9 a.m. Festival Choral Holy Communion. Everyone is invited to worship at Christ Church. Special Note: The annual ecumenical Sunrise Service will be held in Cedar Key at the City Park at 7 a.m. April 16. Clergy of the Methodist, Church of Christ, Episcopal and Baptist Churches will conduct the service. Everyone is invited to attend. |
