M-CORES, the proposed project to build more than 300 miles of toll roads through predominantly rural western Florida, is gearing up again. 1000 Friends remains actively engaged and we hope you are able to, as well.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the deadline for submitting the Task Force reports to the Governor and Legislature has been extended to November 15, 2020. But FDOT is moving ahead quickly.
The next series of M-CORES Task Force meetings will be held this week as online webinars hosted by FDOT. We encourage you to register and share your thoughts:

You may also provide live comments during the meeting but need to register at the above link by 5 p.m. the day prior to the meeting at which you wish to speak.
