Aquaculture Assn. Plans Meeting, Barbecue and Candidates` Forum | Aquaculture Assn. Plans Meeting, Barbecue and Candidates` ForumANNOUNCEMENT Cedar Key Aquaculture Association Hosts its Annual General Membership Meeting The Cedar Key Aquaculture Association will be hosting their annual general membership meeting on Wednesday, June 18 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Cedar Key Community Center (Lion's Club).
Updates will be provided on the Anchor Hole parking lot, derelict clam bag removal program, water quality initiatives, and other activities. Clammers will be able to renew their annual association membership, obtain their 2008-9 Anchor Hole key and parking pass, vote for 2008-9 board of directors, and sign-up to volunteer for the upcoming CLAMERICA Celebration.
Barbecue will be served and family members are invited.
From 7:00 to 9:00 PM, the Association will host a Candidates Forum during which candidates for Levy County elected positions (County Commissioner, Districts 1, 3, 5; Sheriff; and, Property Appraiser) will address the members.
