The menu, from Chef Peter Stefani`s kitchen began with a vegetable terrine with salad tossed with lemon thyme vinaigrette. Guests chose from a buffet of roast pork braised in milk, packets of flounder in red butter sauce, green beans baked in cream and cheese and scalloped potatoes with stock and cheese. Desert was a lime tart with fruit compote.
