Fatal Accident on State Route 24

Fatal Accident on State Route 24

A fatal accident on State Route 24 fourteen miles east of Cedar Key occurred sometime before 8 PM November 13.

According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, Rickey Ezell, 22 of Chiefland loss control of his 2005 Kia. The vehicle passed through a utility pole, overturned several times. The vehicle burst into flames. Mr. Ezell was pronounce deceased at the scene of the accident.
