Mr. Lester was a member of Hardeetown Baptist Church; he was a Mason and a retired truck driver. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, tennis and all sports and was a member of the Chiefland Golf and Country Club, where he was Club Champion in 1974 and Super Senior Club Champion in 1996.
