Vivian Smith Sims, 85 of Bronson, passed away Dec. 18,m 2011 at North Florida Medical Center in Gainesville. She was born in Levy County to Artice Milton and Claire Smith in April, 1926. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Bronson and worked in the clerk`s officer at the Levy County Court House, Tax Collector and the Levy County Sheriff`s Office. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother, aunt, cousin and friend to many. She spent 33 years taking loving care of her son Milton after his injury in 1972. Mrs. Sims loved to knit, crochet, grow flowers, dance and spend time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Cheryl (Mickey) Beauchamp of Bronson, sons, M. Henry (Annie) Sims of Alachua, Johnny C. (Coylene) Sims of Panama City, grandchildren Leann (Carl) Malphurs, Jonathan Sims, Jaime Leigh Spivey, Stephen Sims, Tyler Beauchamp, Jared Beauchamp, Chad Beauchamp and great grandson, Logan Malphurs. Funeral Services will be Thurs. Dec. 22, 2011 at First Baptist Church of Bronson at 3:00 PM with Rev. Mark Conrad officiating. Interment will follow at Rosemary Hill Cemetery in Bronson. Visitation will be Wed., Dec. 21 from 5-7 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to the Milton E. Sims Memorial Scholarship Fund through the Levy County Schools Foundation, P.O.
