The Cedar Key Lion's Club proudly presents the 35th Annual Cedar Key Seafood Festival.


Levy County's largest event of the year, Cedar Key Seafood Festival, is set for October 16 – 17, 2004, from 9:00 to 5:00 pm, in the wonderful gulf village of Cedar Key, located on Florida's Nature Coast, approximately 80 miles north of Tampa.


This year's the Seafood Festival will keep true with the Cedar Key history of an abundance of fresh seafood, something Cedar Key is renowned for. This fun for all festival features a variety of seafood including shrimp, smoked mullet, Cedar Key oysters, a variety of clams, and even some landlubbers food.


It also features a great assortment of vendors featuring arts, crafts, plants & more. There will be a parade on Saturday at 11:00 am featuring floats, golf carts, bicycles, vehicles and a contest for the best Sea Creature Costume.
