Performers were: Dylan Clayton as Santa Claus, Nicole Cooper as Mrs. Claus, Kira Telgen as the Narrator, and Chloe Brown as The Littlest Christmas Tree. Other Large Christmas Trees included: Jacob Bishop, Logan Rooks, Ben Miller, Monica Vallejo, Erica Shirey, and Brittany Mercer. Santa's Elves include: Hannah Smith, Taryn Epperson, Jacquelyn Slaughter, Landrum Hamp, and Larry Twinam.
As for the Choir, Pre-k sang: "Way Up High on the Christmas Tree", "The Lights on the Christmas Tree", and "The Toys Under the Christmas Tree". Kindergarten sang "Deck the Halls" and "Here Comes Santa Claus". First Grade sang "What Child is This?" and "Jolly Old Saint Nicholas"; Second Grade sang "The Night Before Christmas" and The Chipmunk's rendition of "Don't be Late". Last but not least, Third Grade performed "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" and Jingle Bells Variations.

Attention Senior Class!: FAFSA Distribution Update
By Lindsay Edmunds

Federal Student Aid has updated their way of distributing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). After seeing the use of paper applications go from 778,000 distributed in 2006-2007, to 500,000 this year, almost a 50% decline, the Federal Student Aid has decided to aim applicants towards the online application process.
Next year, a PDF version of the application will be available as well. In mid-November, students can access the PDF version on any Federal Student Aid websites, such as www.FederalStudentAid.ed.gov or www.FSAPubs.org. After filling out the form on the computer or by hand, students can mail in the application.
The best way for students to complete the application online is to use the FAFSA on the Web Worksheet. This will be available by bulk order for schools only.
Even though they are striving to make the switch to the online application process, students will still be able to get a hold of paper FAFSAs. If you would like a paper FAFSA, call the Federal Student Aid Information Center at 1-800-4-FED-AID. Your FAFSAs should arrive in three to seven business days.
The new online process not only cuts down on waste and costs, but it also provides another method for students to carry out the FAFSA application process.
