The Woman's Club has a new clubhouse. In fact, it's so new they haven't even moved in. Yet, they loaned it to the Lions Club December 2 so they could hold a yard sale. The Woman's Club sold hot dogs and home-baked goodies while the Lions Club made, well, the lion's share of the money selling typical yard sale treasures. All proceeds from the Woman's Club sale will go to a local charity. The Woman's Club has plenty to do before settling into the new clubhouse. In the interim they're still lending a helping hand with a smile while "continuing tradition in a changing community." |
