Letter of Appreciation

I wish to express my deepest appreciation to the people of Cedar Key for the outpouring of love and concern on the occasion of my wife Lucille`s recent sudden death.

I am overwhelmed by the flowers, food, sympathy cards and donations in Lucille`s memory. As I said at her funeral service that if something like this had to happen there is no place I would rather be than in Cedar Key.

Lucille had come to love Cedar Key as I always have and although Catholic she had expressed her wish to have the service at Christ Episcopal Church and to be buried in the Cedar Key Cemetery.

I want to offer special thanks to my Episcopal Church family for all they did to make the service so beautiful as well as provide wonderful food at the parish hall after the service.

I will be forever grateful to all of my Cedar Key friends.
