Dear Old Florida Celebration of the Arts artists,

Applications for the 2020 Old Florida Celebration of the Arts in Cedar Key on April 4 and 5, are now open through www.zapplication.org. We are hoping you are interested in joining us next year for our 56th Annual Event which will host 120 fine artists and artisans, all on historic Second Street in Cedar Key.

In 2019, artist satisfaction for our Old Florida Celebration of the Arts was at its highest ever! Although we still experienced some minor Wi-Fi problems, Internet and running charges was greatly improved and will continue to improve for 2020. We also hope to alleviate some of the stress experienced with Friday night set up by including a street parking pass to our accepted artists so that you may park in your booth space before registering Friday night.

In addition, we are still taking entries for the 2020 Festival Design Contest. This year’s theme is “In Love with Cedar Key.”  Entries should be submitted electronically by August 1, 2019, to This email address is being protected from spambots. Design Contest winning artwork is featured on festival promotional materials and both the application and booth fees are waived for the winning artist.
