Letters not submitted in digital format may or may not be considered for publication on-line. Letters for the Print Edition may not not exceed 300 words. We reserve the right to publish any, all, some, or none of the Letters to the Editor, which we receive. We also reserve the right to choose when we publish a letter. SPEAK OUT POLICY The Speak Out section of our publication is provided for the unrestrained use of our readers. We do not monitor, delete or change anything that appears in this section. However, the program is set up to automatically change certain words considered to be profane or objectionable, substituting stars after the first letter of the word.
