DUI Arrest

The Cedar Key Police arrested Jonathan Fulmer, 25, of Jacksonville for driving under the influence on August 22, 2004. According to a police report he failed a roadside sobriety test and was taken to the Levy County Jail. Mr. Fulmer subsequently failed breath analysis tests for alcohol at 0.197 and 0.206, more than twice the legal limit.
