Obituary

Jeremy Edward Shelby, age 25, died Tuesday, November 1, 2005 of a sudden illness. He was a former resident of Cedar Key and currently lived in Kokomo, Indiana.

Mr. Shelby was born January 30, 1980 and attended school in Cedar Key. He served for a year in the U.S. Army in Germany and later was employed in home construction.

Mr. Shelby is survived by his wife, Nikki; three sons, Tyler, 6, Dylan, 1, and Devon, 3 weeks old; father, Edward Shelby; mother and step-father, Dawn and Don Ward; four brothers, Mathew Davis, Donald Ward, Jr., David Ward and Tony Ward; a sister, Amber Rutledge; maternal grandmother, Sandy Chapman; paternal grandparents, Carol and Cliff Shelby; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
