Reconsideration of Ordinance 390, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF A 1/3 ACRE LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WEST END OF ANNA STREET THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Reconsideration of Ordinance 391, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF AN 1.01 ACRE LOT LOCATED ON THE WEST END OF SANDRA STREET THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Reconsideration of Ordinance 392, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF A 5.44 ACRE LOT LOCATED BETWEEN THE WESTERN ENDS OF SANDRA AND ANNA STREETS THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
