FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 421 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; REVISING NOISE ORDINANCE; CLARIFYING HOW ACOUSTICAL TERMS DEFINED; CLARIFYING STANDARDS FOR SOUND LEVEL MEASURING EQUIPMENT; PROHIBITING NOISE THAT UNREASONABLY INTERFERES WITH ENJOYMENT OF LIFE AND PROPERTY; ALLOWING POLICE OFFICERS TO INITIATE ENFORCEMENT PROCEEDINGS; CHANGING TIMEFRAME FROM 90 DAYS TO 30 DAYS IN WHICH A SECOND VIOLATION NEED NOT BE PROCEEDED BY A WARNING; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 423 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF A 1/3 ACRE LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WEST END OF ANNA STREET THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 424 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY FLORIDA; AMENDING ARTICLE II, CHAPTER FOUR, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY TO ALLOW RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK SUBDIVISIONS IN THE COMMERCIAL LAND USE CATEGORY BY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND TO PROVIDE STANDARDS FOR
RECREATIONAL VEHICLE PARK SUBDIVISIONS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 425 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY FLORIDA; AMENDING ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER FOUR, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY TO REMOVE THE CLASSIFICATION OF LOTS SMALLER THAN 2,500 SQUARE FEET AS SUBSTANDARD LOTS REQUIRING A VARIANCE FOR DEVELOPMENT; ADDING A PROHIBITION ON THE DEMOLITION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR DEVELOPMENT OF SUBSTANDARD LOTS SMALLER THAN
7,500 SQUARE FEET; CLARIFYING THAT THE MINIMUM LOT SIZE PROVISIONS DO NOT PROHIBIT DEVELOPMENT OF STRUCTURES ON, OR ACROSS, PARCEL BOUNDARIES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 426 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY FLORIDA PROVIDING FOR AMENDMENT OF THE LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, CHAPTER FOUR, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY, TO CLARIFY THE METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF BUILDING HEIGHT WHEN ENFORCING THE CITY`S HEIGHT LIMITATION, TO CLARIFY THE METHOD OF MEASUREMENT OF BUILDING AREA WHEN ENFORCING THE LIMITATION ON FLOOR AREA RATIO, AND TO CLARIFY THAT ONLY IMPERVIOUS SURFACES ARE MEASURED WHEN ENFORCING THE
LIMITATION ON IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RATIO; MODIFYING THE METHOD OF CALCULATION OF THE IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RATIO ON HISTORIC SITES; AND MODIFYING THE IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RATIO APPLICABLE TO HISTORIC SITES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

SECOND AND FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 427- AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING ARTICLE II, CHAPTER FOUR, LAWS OF CEDAR KEY TO ALLOW DOCKS AND BOATHOUSES AS A PRINCIPAL USE IN THE RESIDENTIAL LAND USE CATEGORY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

FINAL READING OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 429 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING A METHOD FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RATIO FOR DESIGNATED HISTORIC SITES; PROVIDING A LIMITATION ON IMPERVIOUS SURFACE RATIO FOR DESIGNATED HISTORIC SITES; PROVIDING FOR THE REQUIRED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES FOR RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS THAT ARE DESIGNATED HISTORIC SITES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
