AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, LAND USE ELEMENT, CHANGING THE FUTURE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE PORTION OF A 1/3 ACRE LOT LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE WEST END OF ANNA STREET THAT IS LANDWARD OF THE OF THE MEAN HIGH WATER LINE FROM CONSERVATION TO LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

Second and final reading of Ordinance 428 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY EXTENDING THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY TO INCLUDE CERTAIN LANDS LYING CONTIGUOUS TO THE EXISTING CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY, PROVIDING THAT ALL EXISTING LAWS, ORDINANCES AND RULES SHALL APPLY TO SAID AREA; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. First reading of Ordinance 430 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CEDAR KEY, LEVY COUNTY, FLORIDA; AMENDING QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR CITY COMMISSION CANDIDATES TO REQUIRE PAYMENT OF AN ELECTION ASSESSMENT AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA STATUTES SECTION 99.093; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

ARTICLE VI, SECTION 6.01.00 PARKING, OF THE LAWS OF CEDAR KEY; PROVIDING FOR A RESTRICTION ON PARKING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES TO DESIGNATED PARKING SPOTS, PROHIBITING PARKING OF RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AT NIGHT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
