STREET RESURFACING PROGRAM - PHASE I

CEDAR KEY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
CEDAR KEY, FLORIDA

Sealed BIDS will be received by the Cedar Key Redevelopment Agency, Cedar Key, Florida at the office of the CRA Director until 3:00 p.m. local time on October 3rd, 2008, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment to completely mill & resurface/reconstruct selected City roads as shown within the Contract Documents. All work shall occur in Cedar Key, Florida.

The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: Cedar Key Redevelopment Agency Office/City Hall, 490 Second Street, Cedar Key, Florida and Mittauer & Associates, Inc., Consulting Engineers, 580-1 Wells Road, Orange Park, Florida 32073, (904) 278-0030.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the offices of Mittauer & Associates, Inc., (904) 278-0030 upon payment of a non-refundable charge of $100.00 for each set. Only complete sets of plans and specifications will be distributed.

The Owner reserves the right to waive technical errors and informalities and to reject any or all bids.
