Second Adventure in Music Appreciation at CK School

The second of a series of five music appreciation programs will be offered at the Cedar Key School on September 23. The programs will begin immediately after classes are dismissed on early release days. Students from the fourth grade and above are welcome to attend. At a later time programs for children in the early grades may be developed if there are requests.

Many types of music will be played, along with explanations of what to listen for and what the composers did to provide an experience for listeners. During the fourth program the students will be given the opportunity to plan the contents of the fifth program.
