Small Boat Meet This Weekend

The 27th Cedar Key Small Boat Meet will be held May 7-8. This completely informal event still is organized only by the tides and weather. There are no planned events, signups, or fees.

Expect to see many kinds of shallow draft boats: canoes & kayaks, catboats & catamarans; trimarans, rowboats & sailing dinghies; scows, sharpies & sampans; punts, pirogues, prams & pirates yawlboats in the waters between Dock Street and Atsena Otie throughout the weekend.

The Small Boat Meet takes place on the first weekend of May each year.
