Patricia Ann Flemming

Patricia Ann Fleming, 74, of Old Town, passed away June 30, 2011 at North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville. Born in Dearborn, MI, she moved to this area in 2004 from Bradenton, FL where she was a letter carrier for the USPS. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Chiefland and enjoyed reading and major league baseball.


She is survived by her husband Harless C. Fleming, III, of Old Town, daughter, Julia Collins Perez of Bradenton, sons Robert Patrick (Millie) Collins, Jr., of Greenville, SC and David A. (Amy) Collins of Union, KY., grandchildren Christopher Perez, Courtney Perez, Lyndsay Collins, Riley Collins, Luke Collins, and Tate Collins, and great grandson Maxwell Perez.


She is preceded in death by her first husband, Robert Patrick Collins, Sr.
A Celebration of Her Life will be Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Chiefland, with Rev. Gordon Keller and Robert Collins officiating. Interment will be at a later date at Mansion Memorial Park in Ellenton, FL.
