Cedar Key Yoga Group - Meets Again

The Cedar Key Yoga Group will again meet 9am., at the Episcopal Parish Hall beginning October 11. The group meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings through mid-May, 2012.

We start out just limbering up our muscles and by the first of the year we are up to a full yoga session.

Wear loose clothing, bring a mat and a friend.
