Obituary

Cheyenne Taylor Ellis, 12, of Trenton passed away Jan. 7, 2012 in Cedar Key from injuries sustained in an accident. Born in Gainesville on Nov. 14, 1999, she has spent her lifetime in the Levy County area. She was a member of the Calvary Worship Center in Chiefland and was in the 6th grade at Chiefland Middle School where she was a member of the FFA. Cheyenne enjoyed spending time with her friends, Makenna Watkins and MaClay Agnoli. She played softball and Volleyball and enjoyed hunting and singing.


She is survived by her parents Tia & Robert Cannon of Trenton, her father James (Lindsey) Elliis of Cedar Key, her sisters Devin Ellis, Kinsley Cannon, both of Trenton, brothers Brody Ellis of Cedar Key, Dalton Cannon of Trenton, grandfather Tim Thompson of Trenton, grandmother Sharon Cannon of Chiefland, grandparents James and Patricia Ellis of Trenton, and Jeff and Shannon Fine of Cedar Key and great grandmother, Dorothy Hines of Naples, FL.

Funeral Services will be Thursday, Jan. 12, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Chiefland with Bro. Dennis Webber. Interment will follow at Antioch Cemetery in Chiefland. Family will receive friends at the Tommy Usher (Pineland) Center immediately following the graveside committal. Visitation will be Wed. Jan. 11, 2012 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
