Ongoing FREE Yoga and Pilates UPSTAIRS at the Library

ANNOUNCEMENT



Gentle Yoga - Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:00-4:15 pm, beginners welcome.


Intermediate Yoga - Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:00-9:30 am - instructed by audio CD, some yoga experience necessary.

Pilates - Tuesday & Thrusday 8:00-8:40 am - group instruction, all-levels (work at your own pace).
