FEELING LESS THAN ENERGETIC AND NOT TOO HEALTHY? THE NATIONAL DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM OFFERS ASSISTANCE

The National Diabetes Prevention Program is a 16-week program that aims to reduce your risk of developing type 2 diabetes. This lifestyle change program focuses on making moderate lifestyle changes that involve losing weight and increasing physical activity. By working toward reaching these goals, you may be able to prevent the onset of type 2 diabetes and other chronic diseases. Research has found that losing ten to 15 pounds can have a positive impact on your overall health.

WHEN: Mondays, June 10 from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
