On Friday evening, January 19, the Arts Center will be featuring the original artwork of some of Florida's most well known Highwaymen. These paintings are on loan to us for one night only thanks to the generosity of several local residents.
In addition, the casual social event will feature the artwork of young Cedar Key School artists who are learning about this iconic art style. This catered event is the primary fundraiser for the Children's Art Programs sponsored by the Arts Center including the Elementary and Teen Summer Art Program, Art in the Park at festivals, Shark Sewing Club, and purchase of art supplies for the Cedar Key School. Tickets are on sale now at the Cedar Keyhole Artist Co-op and from Arts Center Board Members ($25/each).
