WE DID IT!

On behalf of the Cedar Key Arts Center board, we extend a heartfelt thanks to our artists, the dedicated volunteers and Cedar Key for supporting a wonderful, modified version of our Old Florida Celebration of the Arts this past weekend.
As many of you are aware, Bev Ringenberg has decided to step down from the board and as the event coordinator. Her leadership, guidance, talent, and energy has propelled this event to be #65 in the Sunshine Artist top 200 ranking. The magazine is America’s Premier Art and Craft Show Magazine. We are grateful for her countless hours of commitment. She will still be smiling around Cedar Key, and we appreciate all that she has done to make this event a success.
UPCOMING EVENTS..
Just in case you missed it, we do have a couple of things coming up.
• 4/19/25 – Create a Palm Boot Bunny just in time for Easter. Lena will be guiding you through the painting process – it will make you or someone else very hoppy!
• 4/26/2025 – Pet Photography. Learn how to photograph your pet from an experienced photographer. You do need a camera for this class, not a phone. Class sign-ups are at the Keyhole, 457 2nd Street, Cedar Key from 10 am to 5 pm.
• May Members Sale is open to the Members of Cedar Key Arts Center. It’s the opportunity to “change out” some of your artwork or supplies. Drop off for the sale is 4/29/25. Sale opens to the public Saturday 5/3/25. Applications are available at the Keyhole desk.
