1. A quasi-judicial hearing to allow the Low Key Hide-A-Way Motel on State Road 24 to be converted into a package store, office and convenience store.
2. A workshop agenda, from Commissioner Jolie Davis, seeking input on changing the existing residential designation to “mixed-use zoning”, which will allow businesses to operate next to homes in previously residential only neighborhoods.
