The purpose of this workshop is to continue discussions regarding the preparation of the City's Fiscal Year 2026–2027 budget, including departmental budget requests, revenues, expenditures, capital improvement planning, organizational changes, and other related budget matters. Direction may be provided to City staff; however, no final action will be taken during the workshop.
The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), persons needing a special accommodation to participate in this meeting should contact the City Clerk's Office at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made by the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person will need a record of the proceedings and, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is based.
