CKS NEWS:
It's AVID Recruitment Week! Woo-hoo!! The purpose of this week is to not only celebrate the program and everything it does for ALL of our students, but to also begin the recruitment process for next year's AVID elective classes. It's a multi-step process involving applications and interviews, which begins now and continues throughout the remainder of this school year. Our AVID elective students are truly handpicked!

For the month of March, we've chosen to focus on reading (the "R" in WICOR), as well as how we're eliciting student responses in our classrooms (a tenet of Explicit Instruction).
CURRENT CKS FUNDRAISER:
