RESURRECTION FERN WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON AT WELCOME CENTER
2024 July 19

Friends of the Lower Suwannee and Cedar Keys National Wildlife Refuges have resurrection fern available to you for a small donation.

One usually sees resurrection fern on the lateral limbs of oaks and other trees. Green and lush with the rain, it becomes brown in drought. It readily resurrects itself with moisture. The National Wildlife Federation link below offers a fine description of t he fern.
