CKWSD Field Trip

CKWSD Field Trip

ANNOUNCEMENT

The CKWSD Board will be taking a field trip and you are invited.
Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 11, prior to the CKWSD board meeting, board members will make a working field trip to the Cedar Key Water Treatment Plant to see Cedar Key`s new reverse osmosis units and then on to Fowlers Bluff to see the spray field there.

A spray field is one of the wastewater disposal alternatives under consideration for Cedar Key.

The public is invited to join CKWSD board members at the water treatment plant at 3 p.m. and to follow along to Fowlers Bluff.

The field trip doesn`t take the place of a planned water treatment plant open house, to show off the new reverse osmosis units. Details of that open house will be announced in the near future.
