The Cedar Key Arts Center hosted their first Gallery Exhibit of the year, "Seeing Christie`s Mission" Variable,Visual, Variety on Saturday, November 3rd. Cathie Christie is the benefactor of the Arts Center and her mission was to provide a place to create and nurture art in the scenic community of Cedar Key.

This event showcased the works of many of our local artists, as well as artists from as far away as Pensacola, Fl., Georgia and Oregon who graciously shared their talent for this fun community event. The crowd enjoyed delicious appetizers provided by the Island Room, and those who gathered enjoyed the camaraderie in our unique space.

Many of the art pieces are available for purchase through the Keyhole and sales benefit both the artist and the CK Arts Center.

This show runs from November 3rd until November 25th and the Art Center is open from 10 - 5 daily.
