Cedar Keyhole`s 35th Anniversary

Marsha Schwartz

The Cedar Keyhole in Cedar Key, FL, is celebrating its 35th year as an artist`s co-op this month. There are currently 21 members whose works in glass, wood, oils, acrylics, ceramics, mosaics, leather, metal and more are on display in the gallery.

To celebrate this event the Keyhole is having an Anniversary Sale Saturday and Sunday, November 17 and 18. All the artists have selected several works which will be marked down 30 %to 50% and all sales will be further discounted 10%. The Gallery is located on 2nd Street in Cedar Key and is open 7 days a week from 10Am - 5PM. Refreshments will be served on the sale days in honor of this occasion.

Each month the Keyhole highlights an artist`s work. This month Sheila Thomas is the Artist of the Month. She is a multi-faceted artist whose photographs of Cedar Key and the surrounding region highlight the uniqueness of Cedar Key. Additionally, she makes pottery, handmade paper items, brightly painted pinecone flowers and various sewn items.
