Obituary

Ayleen Marie Rains age 53 of Cedar Key, Florida passed away on December 20, 2012. She was born on December 31, 1958 in Raceland, LA to Cleveland and Nelma Cheramie. She was a long tome resident of Cedar Key moving there in 1999. She was of the Christian faith. She worked as a cashier in retail sales for many years. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and co-workers.

She is survived by her husband Jerry Rains; sons Frank Lester McCain, Jr., Garrett Anthony McCain; step-sons Taylor rains, Tyler Rains; daughters Kristina Estelle Ermel, Candice Marie McCain; brothers Roy Cheramie, Floyd Cheramie; sisters Elaine Adams, Earline Wade and 4 grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at 1:30 pm at Shiloh Cemetery, Sumner, FL. Funeral service is to follow at 2:30 pm with Reverend Billy Keith officiating.


Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home-Chiefland.
