SR24 SIDEWALK & SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS: MORE DISCUSSION AND ANSWERS NEEDED - ATTEND THE CITY COMMISSION MEETING – 5 MARCH 2013

A discussion of the proposed sidewalk or "safety improvements" along SR 24 will be held at the city commission meeting on Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at 6:00pm.

The engineering firm of CHW will provide a power point presentation and is scheduled to have the 30% design plans available for review.

Still many questions remain unanswered and details need to be discussed.

- Sidewalk location and ROW modification design
- Safe access by intended users
- Cross walks, retaining walls and guardrail design
- Cost over-run limits
- Clarification of the $711,000 budget

Attend the Tuesday night meeting and contribute questions, concerns and opinions.
