CK Woman`s Club & Deja Vu Luncheon Fashion Show: A Success! | CK Woman`s Club & Deja Vu Luncheon Fashion Show: A Success!By Rita Baker In a united event, the Cedar Key Woman`s Club and Deja Vu Consignment Shop presented their annual Luncheon/Fashion Show Thursday, March 14th. Proceeds raised during this event are donated to the American Military Troops and the Fisher House. Local and visiting vendors presented various items for sale ranging from hand crafted jewelry to Girl Scout cookies. Members of the Cedar Key Woman`s Club prepared banquet entrees and a dessert table that would satisfy one`s sweet tooth and definitely delight the most finicky palettes. Nancy Stephens, owner of Deja Vu Consignment Shop, created beautiful ensembles and descriptions for fourteen voluntary models which included clothing, hats, shoes, handbags and jewelry; all of which are available at the shop in downtown Cedar Key. Of course, the Luncheon/Fashion Show would not have been complete without a visit from `Tacky Tourist` (Eileen Senecal). Ms. Tacky, as she`s affectionately known entertained guests with humor and `Tack-y-tude.` Performing artists Sonny & Cher (Judy Duvall & Eileen Senecal) invited guests to sing-a-long a rendition of `I Got You Babe` as the grand finale.
