What was once the dream of a few friends sitting around a table is quickly becoming a reality. On the weekend of September 13-15, 2013 the Cedar Key will welcome a pirates and pirate groups from all over Florida and beyond. Pirates and Wenches in full costumed regalia are coming to discover our beautiful island community.

Infamous pirates with names like Mol de Libros, Captain William Mayhem, Lady K and Oly Mackerel will descend upon Cedar Key to help the Cedar Key Pirates and our local businesses, and civic groups to "Pillage with a Purpose and Plunder for a Cause."

There will be an informational gathering at the Seabreeze Restaurant this coming Monday June 24th at 6:00 pm everyone is invited to attend.
