Natures Landing Announces New Management Team

Natures Landing Announces New Management Team

ANNOUNCEMENT

There may be a new management team at Natures Landing Condominium, but the team is not new to the management business.

When the Board of Directors of the condominium sent out requests for bid, a new concept was offered by Pam Oakley and Tina Ryan. They presented a proposal to provide their individual expertise in real estate management and condominium management. Pam is a licensed real estate broker with many years of experience in sales and rental management. Tina owned a large condominium property management company in southeast Florida. By separating the duties, each is able to focus their attention on what they do best.

Tina explains, "It`s typical in Cedar Key that more attention is given to rentals since unit owners are looking for a return on their investment. But, it`s my job to make sure the condominium operates properly for the benefit of ALL owners, regardless of whether they are on the rental program." According to Pam, "I love meeting people and helping them enjoy Cedar Key. We are both doing what we love and are good at and Natures Landing gets the benefit of two professionals. We operate as a team, but with individual responsibilities."
